Eliza is a chef and non-profit program manager who works at the intersection of food, art, justice, and the environment.
She cooks produce-forward, seasonal food, building menus around color, texture, and flavor. Her work ranges from intimate dinners to large community events, weddings, and collaborations with non-profits and art galleries.
Eliza’s experience spans food styling, restaurant management, and culinary education. She’s drawn to projects that connect creativity with care.
She lives on Fishers Island, where she cooks for artists-in-residence at Lighthouse Works and takes on freelance projects across New York and New England.
At home, she keeps a dozen chickens and an aging wire-haired dachshund, and spends her free time swimming in the ocean, writing, singing, and making photographs.
She loves herbs, olives, bread, and citrus, and most of all gathering people around a table.
