Eliza designs dinners that respond to place. Sites include beaches, warehouses, studios, and other unconventional sites.

Her cooking experience includes wood-fired cooking on beaches and in pizza ovens, grilling, as well as in traditional kitchens.

Menus are shaped by the setting and season, ranging from passed appetizers to family-style lunches or plated long-table dinners.

 Eliza caters gatherings of all kinds: from 6 person dinner parties to 100 person weddings. Rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays, as well as parties of no particular occasion. Her menus are produce-forward, seasonal, and developed in close collaboration with each client.

 For smaller groups or extended projects, Eliza offers private cheffing in homes or on-site. This can include meal prep, daily cooking, weekend entertaining, or retreat catering.
